姜月华,博士,中共党员,讲师。2025年毕业于河海大学,力学与工程科学学院,获得工学博士学位。2023年-2024年赴法国里尔大学流体力学研究所进行了为期一年的交流访问。期间主持了国家建设高水平大学公派研究生奖学金联合培养博士项目,共发表论文8篇。Computers & Mathematics with Applications期刊审稿人。
