祁先飞，男，1989年出生，河南省宁陵县人，中共党员，讲师。2018年06月毕业于河北师范大学应用数学专业，获理学博士学位。 共发表八篇SCI论文（其中，第一作者共6篇）。主持国家自然科学基金理论物理专款项目一项。

主要研究方向：量子物理与量子信息。
